| Problem: Lights do not turn on |
| Make sure bulbs have not burned out |
| Ensure breaker is not off or tripped |
| Check for wiring errors |
| Problem: Unable to activate a device |
| Make sure the device is within 30 feet of the closest repeater |
| Factory reset the device |
| Problem: Lights flicker, flash, or do not dim fully |
| Check the bulbs in use are marked as dimmable |
| See if the bulbs in use are listed in Lutron's Compatibility Tool. If not, Lutron suggests contacting the LED manufacturer for a dimming recommendation |
| Adjust low-end trim |
| If the bulb in use flickers, drops out, or stops dimming when you reach a certain level, you have reached the low end level of the bulb's dimming range
