Nice replacement for the one I broke. Service at LightBulbs.com is excellent with fast shipping and even a phone call from a representative to insure I had the correct shipping address - I didn't - clicked the state of CT instead of CO. Now that is what I call SERVICE. They corrected what I had hosed up.

this was a replacement since the one that came with my fan was poorly packed and shattered. i am glad LightBulbs.com had the piece, their service was fast and good.

The shipment of replacement globes was fine. We had to order them because the original globes sent with the 2 fans we ordered were both broken during shipping. We didn't make a claim because we did not open the boxes (they sat on a shelf) until several months after receiving them. The boxes looked to be in good shape, but the packaging was not done properly and the glass broke. We like the fans and the replacement globes are fine, but we were not happy with the original shipment.
