Westinghouse Incandescent Light Bulb (4 pack) (06301 / 7T5/12V 4CD)

I found that 3 of the bulbs did not work out of all those I bought. Not sure why. It was not the light fixture as other bulbs worked in it. Tried them in different fixtures to no avail. All the rest worked ok. They went into fence post lights.
