So far it works. We had trouble with other light manufacturers bulbs burning out too fast. We'll see how long this one lasts.

Great service and the exact product I needed, one that I could not find in Home Depot or other stores.

I bought these to replace bulbs used in under-cabinet lighting. (Those puck lights available at the big box stores.) They seem to be working well, which is a vast improvement over the Hikari ones I bought the first time I needed replacements. So far none have failed or burnt out prematurely, and the light is comparable the other working lights of the same kind. This is task lighting in the kitchen.

I use these for display shelves, and while they do a great job lighting the subject, they are hard to find for replacement. You guys found them, and even though you too were backordered, you kept track and got them to me as soon as possible. Thanks!

Not exactly what I expected. Glass part of the bulb was shorter than the original bulbs in my fixtures. I choose this source thinking I found the original style. These are similar to big box storer replacement bulbs. GE, made in China.

I called in to make sure I was getting the correct bulbs for my under cabinet kitchen lights. When I received the bulbs, my sister and I both opened a pack only to realize they did not fit, too large. The 20 watt - 120 volt - T4 - Bi-Pin can be a different size depending which company one uses. I was unable to return the two packs I opened plus had to pay postage on returning the 4 unopened packs. So I'm out sixteen dollars.They should have let me return the 2 opened packs and my shipping charge to them.
