The bulbs were purchased for a GE ceiling fan. The bulbs are working fine and meet expectations. I have purchased the 60 watt version of this bulb from LightBulbs.com, but they are no longer available.

Unable to find 40 watt 120 volt R14 locally but found it on e-light. Stem is not as long but does not affect look or function of the 4-bulb fan light, and provides beautiful light.

This light bulb is correct for my standing lava lamp, but I was very disappointed by the length of time they lasted. Packaging stated, I believe, 1200 hours but each bulb lasted around 300 hours or so.
I ordered two packs (four bulbs) and went through them quickly. I hope I just got a bad batch of em because I'm gonna reorder, if not I'll have to search elsewhere for these.
