I have a small lamp to highlight a framed print I love. It uses these bulbs (or similar). They are not easy to find. This is exactly what i wanted and what the lamp came with. Looks nice and is performing well.

Gets a bit hotter than I expected but does the job as long as I keep my fingers away from it and let it cool down first.

We use these bulbs in a picture light. Had a heck of time finding what I needed. It is an old picture and light.

The bulb was 1 1/4 inch shorter than the bulb I was trying to replace that lights up a painting. It had the same Westinghouse number 037823.

This bulb was purchased as a replacement for a picture light. The original with the same model numer was longer. The shorter bulb is a disappointment.
