I have this tree in multiple colors and it used to be a great tree! I just received this white tree from LightBulbs.com and shaped it an it is a complete mess!!! It is obvious that whoever made my tree had never made one before at all. I found MANY mistakes in how this tree is constructed. Also, I discussed the quality decline with Vickerman several times and they continue to ignore their issues. One huge problem is that the photo that LightBulbs.com uses that is obviously supplied by Vickerman is not a true representation of this tree. I wonder if LightBulbs.com even know this? The stand that is shown in the photo is false advertising! The Chinese decided to change the stand without informing Vickerman and Vickerman chose to do nothing about it! The so-called stand is now a single square foot that is very wobbly and unstable. I supplied a photo to show the correct stand. Vickerman is very aware of this issue, but they hope that no one will notice because they refuse to correct the problem. My tree is a mess!
