Overall I am happy. The tree looks real enough to have fooled quite a few people. I needed a tree with spaces for placing small and long ornaments within, not as open as I wished. I need to play with the branches next year. The top is thin as if it was missing the detail of smaller branchlets. It was a bit difficult to hang the ornaments as I am used to the older, traditional needles vs. the realistic that allow easier hanging since the realistic ones are stiffer. It is the exact size as described. I live in an apartment and the tree fits well in a corner next to my wallunit yet it fills the room with spirit. I could have bought the next size up, but storage gets to be a problem. I had some questions and LightBulbs.com customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable.
