These are perfect for lots of reasons. They turn on at night so you can get to the bathroom or kitchen fridge. It then turns off quickly. The batteries have lasted along time. Even if your not home a cat or dog can activate it by walking by making it look like people are at home. They are not too bright as to wake you completely up at night. just love these and would recommend them to put just about anywhere.

have been using this product for a long time - they do quit working - but last for a loooooooooong time - just reordered 5 lights - I keep finding many new places to use this light - they are better than night lights - as they turn-on when a person enters the room (or wherever you put 'em & they turn-off after a short time. Great item. However, I do not hang them-just put one on a flat service & it saves the day. My daughter put one in a closet - works great & you do not have to remember to turn them off. Yes, they are great.

Very happy to have discovered this light for safety reasons. It lights my steps up to the porch at night so I can safely get into my home. Sent one to my cousin for the same reason.
