Exactly as described/ advertised. Well packaged. Installed in soffit cans for down-firing exterior building lighting.

These replaced another manufacturer’s bulbs that all burned out well before their advertised lifespan (but after fine-print warranty expired.). I read the fine print this time and found much more straightforward representation of product expectations with these Sylvanias (no double talk).
