Have an old (1989) swivel/extended arm desk lamp used on sewing table and desk with bulb that burned out. Unable to find match to bulb's manufacturer's numbers until I found your website with picture and then great customer service where the original numbers matched those on this one. It works, as Tony Tiger says, greeeaat.

This model Sylvania lamp is being used in a kitchen under-conter location. The 4100K cool white was chosen to ensure true color in the food presentation. The lamp is well made, easily inserted, long lasting, and very well suited for my application and needs.
