nothing was wrong with the product. it is just the wrong size.. no complaints. I thought I was ordering the 3" diam size.

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick.
Lights did not work in the multi -bulb lamp they were purchased for, not sure why. I have another, single light lamp they fit and work in, so now I have a lifetime supply for that lamp.
