Love the look of the bulbs in my outside fixtures but the amber is not so amber. More white light than the previous amber bulbs that I used from the same manufacturer. I'm a bit disappointed not with LightBulbs.com but the manufacturer.

Love these hard-to-find bulbs in this particular color. I'm using them in an antique 1920's ceiling fixture that is original to my 1927 house. There is no shade on the fixture and the bulbs look nice uncovered. I have a dimmer switch to regulate the light output.

Hard to find light bulb for our home. We use these bulbs for exterior lighting controlled by photocell. Bulbs give a warm welcome light and not excessively bright. Happy we found them at lightbulbs.com.

I have been using the Sylvania Amber 25 & 40 watt F15 med base Iridescent bulb in my outdoor house lighting fixtures for about 6 years. I truly like the soft warm lighting they provide, as I am more interested in accent lighting, rather than a utility or security type light. It's good that I like the effect, and that Sylvania is the only brand that I have found to supply this type bulb, because their life expectancy is less than impressive and unreliable. Some last a couple of years, others days, weeks, and months. If you like these for effect, buy them. If you want a longer lasting, reliable bulb, look elsewhere. I would like to thank LightBulbs.com for supplying a large quantity of these, when they became unavailable at my local big box home improvement stores. I'm not sure if these bulbs are to be phased out, so I bought a large quantity of them to supply my needs for years to come! Thank you LightBulbs.com!

I really like the soft amber tint. The bulbs look just right in my rustic iron chandelier and wall sconces. I'm so glad that LightBulbs.com has these and they don't inflate the selling price.

The bulbs look so nice in the amber globe in one room. In our music room the lighted fan has light wooden blades with clear globes giving the room a relaxing touch.

Lights look great! However one was broken during transit. I was traveling around so I didn’t get home to open it til it was past the return window. But lights are exactly as described!

Not as tinted as the bulb which came with the fixture. Would’ve liked something more obviously amber. Love the swirl reflection on the sconce wall next to the staircase!
