Lovely item. Watch the video that LightBulbs.com provides on the product's website description. It's very helpful when you are changing the EU to US bulbs. Be patient! It will work! Customer services is an excellent resource. Thank you for the great Christmas gifts!

The candelabra itself is very well made and beautiful, but the plastic wreaths at the base of the candles are a bit chintzy. Because of the adapter to fit U.S. outlets, the lights are only as bright as a dim nightlight. If someone wants something brighter, the company does offer a workaround for that with different bulbs and modifications to the candelabra itself.
