I purchased these as replacements. Have only used a few so far, but all worked fine. These are used outside all year long as part of a red, white & blue string. In the past, the blue bulbs always fade and loose their color fastest. Don't know why.

I love these bulbs, the colors are great, but they peel after being out for a number of months, and peel completely a long time before they burn out. That is the only disappointment.
