I have 4 of these bulbs and one of them died too soon. But the others are still going strong. Overall good product.

The bulb is slightly higher than the original lamp, that I had, lamp item numbers are the same. When I put the plastic lens cover on the utility light fixture, after less than a minute on, the lamp went out and the bulb broke. The lens pressed up against the lamp just enough to cause the lamp to break. The second lamp I purchased did the same thing.
