My work shop/enthusiast garage uses 6 of the 48" length bulbs and another six of these 72" versions for a space 24' by 45'. My contractor used fitments for these bulbs with the R 17d base (recessed double contacts). The R 17d's are not as widely available in local hardware stores so I am very pleased to be able to buy them from LightBulbs.com. These bulbs work great, give out good light and last as long as any of them. I recommend these bulbs, finding they work very well in my application. Thanks!

We are having a hard time finding stores that still carry these light bulbs. When I saw this store online had the ones we needed, I was like “score”! I don’t even have to leave the house. Happy I was able to find these light bulbs for my Kitchen after looking at different websites. Everyone was out of stock or ridiculously priced. So far only used 1 72” bulb. All others are back ups for when needed. All good so far. Packaged well and survived the trip to ct with no issues.

This product is really good and working just fine. I like fluorescent bulbs with the single pin connection better than the double clip. Don't understand why they were discontinued in box stores.

Just what I needed and hard to find except from this company.

This was a replacement in our closet for an original bulb that lasted 10 years. I had hoped that removal & installation instructions would have been included. Without any guidance, I was able to remove the old and install the new one by pushing the bulb toward one end. It is definitely a 2-person operation because the bulb is so long. Hopefully, the new one will last another 10 years.
