This light was just what I needed for a light on my desk. I have a smaller raised shelf to sits on my desk and the open space under it has a light that illuminates my keyboard. This bulb is easy on the eyes and provides just the right amount of light. It does not get too hot and their is plenty of airflow around it. I have been using this lamp for over twelve years and these bulbs last a pretty good while.

Replacement for our boats forward cabin light. Direct replacement for the previous bulbs - sounds simple, but on a boat it's not always a given. Will return when the need arises again.
