Forget the product - it's a light bulb - but the customer service that I received when one of the sets were damaged in transit was amazing. The company was very responsive and provided a refund for the damaged bulbs. Shannon Miller was the sweetest and nicest customer service person that I have ever dealt with. I would absolutely purchase anything from this company just based on the customer service that I received. I highly recommend this company - they're great.

I love these bulbs in my bedroom chandelier. So bright and beautiful. No light seeping out at the base. Get them while you can. They will be extinct.
