Does not detect motion through glass
Sensor can be bypassed to keep the lights on by extending the time out period to as long as 30 minutes. However, you will not be able to override the sensor so the lights stay on indefinitely

Troubleshooting |
Problem: Cannot switch power on or off with a newly installed switch
This sensor requires a true earth ground connection in order to operate properly. First ensure that the device's green and bare wires are connected to the ground in your wallbox. If you do not have a ground available, this device will not function properly. If you do have a ground but are still experiencing this issue, it's possible that your ground wire does not directly return to your breaker panel. In that situation a true earth ground connection would need to be introduced, or this device may not function properly. If you believe this is the issue, contact Lutron's support line at 844-LUTRON1
