| Problem: Lights do not dim or remain at low light level |
| Remove the 0-10 volt (violet/gray) leads from the control. Lights should go to 100%. If not, check fixture wiring. Touch the violet/gray wires together on the ballast or driver and lights should dim down to low end. If not, follow troubleshooting steps from the ballast/driver manufacturer |
