| Make sure only one master dimmer is installed to control the light. If other dimmers are being used, they must be Lutron companion dimmers, such as model MA-R |

| Problem: Bottom LED on dimmer is blinking |
| This typically occurs if the dimmer is unable to dim the bulb. Check the bulbs in use are 120 volt incandescents or halogens |
| Problem: Lights do not turn off when I turn off the dimmer |
| Check that the bulbs in use are incandescent or halogen |
| A neutral based dimmer such as the MRF2-6ND-120 may help solve this issue
