| Troubleshooting |
| Problem: Fan does not turn on |
| Check that pull chains are in "on" position |
| If control is being used in a 3-way application, check that only one control is being used |
| Problem: Fan is stuck at low speed |
| Check this control is only hooked up to one paddle fan |
| Check pull chain is set to highest speed |
| Problem: One location will not turn on if the other location is turned off |
| The common and traveler wires are switched at one of the locations. Check the installation guide and wiring diagrams for a 3-way setup. The common wire will be identified as the "tagged" wire. This is the wire either bringing line voltage into the wallbox, or delivering voltage to your lights. Traveler wires go between two wallboxes and typically "travel" together in the wall. If the common and a traveler wire are switched on the control, one side will only turn on if the other is in the on position.
