| Troubleshooting |
| Problem: Lights do not turn on |
| Make sure bulbs have not burned out |
| Check switch is wired correctly (wires connected to black and brass screws may be reversed) |
| Ensure neutral wire is hooked up |
| If controlling a fan, ensure pull chain is in "on" position |
| Ensure Front Accessible Service Switch (FASS) is not pulled out |
| Problem: Companion switch does not work |
| Make sure the master switch is installed on the load side |
| Check that the wire connected to the blue screw on the master dimmer is the same wire connected to the blue screw on the companion dimmer |
| Problem: LED on dimmer glows dimly or blinks |
| The blue screw terminal is miswired or connected to the ground or neutral wire
