On / off switch
Slide dimmer
Dimmer capabilities: adjust high and low end trim, enable/disable indicator lights, fade on/off, delayed fade to off time, preset light level
Only 1 dimmer can be used in a 3-way application
Works with most incandescent and halogen bulbs; Lutron recommends if using LED or CFL bulbs to use bulbs listed in their compatibility tool
Does not work with low voltage LEDs
Check Lutron's LED compatibility tool for specific bulb compatibility

Troubleshooting |
Problem: CFLs or LEDs do not dim, have a poor dimming range, or they flicker/flash
If using in a 3-way application, check that only one master dimmer is being used. The other location must be a mechanical switch or a Lutron companion dimmer
Make sure the bulbs in use are marked as dimmable
Adjust the low-end trim by holding the lower rocker and tapswitch together for 5-6 seconds. When the LED on the dimmer goes out and then starts blinking, release and adjust the low end trim until the bulbs become stable
If the bulb you are using flickers, drops out, or stops dimming when you reach a certain level, you have reached the low end level of the bulb's dimming range
Problem: Bulbs or dimmer buzzes
CFLs and LEDs have electrical components inside them that can make noise when the bulbs are on. The noise is not anything to worry about, but if the noise is bothersome, the best solution is to try a different bulb
Problem: Dimmer is not working in a 3-way application when used with a 3-way mechanical switch
| Make sure the mechanical switch has been properly rewired and the dimmer reprogrammed as per instructions 6A and 9 in the installation instructions
