Very happy that I converted to LED. Rewiring was not complicated... If you're familiar with the terms "hot" and "neutral", you can do it.

As for the bulbs, they're great. Very bright, great quality light for the kitchen. Even though there's no u-bend, it's sized so the support clip still holds the floating end.

These are not quite instant-on. The fluorescent bulbs they replaced came on immediately, but there's about 1/8 or 1/16 second delay with these.

Lamps easy to install, use less electricity, we got rid of the old ballasts that were leaking the potting tar and so far, they are working fine.
