This was a replacement bulb for my wife's sewing lamp. Works fine, but although the model number is the same as the original one, the tabs on the base were located 90 degrees different from the original. However, my trusty pocket knife removed the tabs, which are not needed since the plug is a snug fit anyway. I'm pleased with the bulb, which was the result of lots of internet searching for the correct model no.
