I am using these light bulbs in my antique bed light collection. The shades on these bed lights are covered with silk fabric and have the regular size base on the lamp base. These 7.5 watt lights are just right. Not too hot for the silk and fit in the screwin base plus are small enough that they are away from the fabric.
