Works with an outdoor clock requiring one AA battery. It fit tightly but has been operating fine for a month. Happy.

Absolutely love this. I bought a expensive solar glass balloon that would not survive the winds I have. I put this convertor in and put on a hook in my hall and it lights up at night, as if it was outside powered by the sun. Definitely 5-stars.

The only problem I had was the green casing seems to be slightly larger than the outside of a AA battery. It fit into my clock very tightly! It required more than average force to insert into the clock's battery pocket to the point if I need to remove it, I may need a tool to pry it out! Other than that it's working perfectly.

We bought this product to prevent a battery operated clock under our back porch from using so many batteries. We used a zip tie to anchor thin ribbon cable to part of the rear of the clock to prevent it from being damaged. So far it's been working for a month with no problems.
