The product is good but one of the bulbs arrived broken.

I made the mistake of trying to eyeball the correct bulb for my purposes. After ordering the wrong bulb I then called for assistance. Very helpful staff and after sending a picture of my bulb, they came up with a replacement. I should have known better but they resolved the situation beautifully. The care of packaging the bulb was noticeably above the norm as well.

Good per description...a difficult bulb to find.

Note, this European screw base is smaller that standard American bulb screw bases.

I purchased 3 bulbs and these are quite expensive as designer bulbs. The first one stopped working after a couple of weeks. Looks like the filaments separated.
