The first bulb I installed blew in 3 days. I had another that I installed that lasted about a week and a half and blew. My application matches the bulb's purpose in the description. That is, it illuminates a decorative fiber optic display. The bulb that was in the display when we bought it lasted for over a year. These won't last a week or a month.
