Love this product they're one of a kind I looked everywhere for Long extended ceramic sockets for heat bulbs in my reptile enclosures and these are it and they're perfect they look nice they're well made and they work great.

I had two locations, one the garage and another in a storage room where my socket was very close to a beam. The shadow created by the beam was very annoying. I was so excited when I found this product. It did the trick and I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg on a pendant fixture when I always just wanted a bare bulb.

Needed more light in the garage. A necessary support beam blocked a portion of that light. The Socket Extender brought the light bulb down almost past the support beam brightening the space more than what we expected. Sturdy, solid device. Easy.

Have a recessed light in closet with poor lighting...used to extend so could put fixture to improve the lighting....it works great.
