Well built I'm using it to get expensive grow lights away from the reflector, which was making them overheat and burnout. Now they are Dissipating the heat from their heat sinks.

This Socket Extender worked great to move my LED bulb to the edge of the existing can light fixture. This was an older fixture that had a non-movable socket so this was the perfect fix. VERY high quality construction with NO plastic.

These work exactly as pictured. They extend the bulb out from the fixture by 3.5 inches. We used them in our office hallway to bring bulbs closer to the surface from a very deep recess
|

Pricey, but did exactly what we needed by bringing the light down to the base of the can light.

Good quality. It lowered a 250W PAR 38 in our cylindrical fixture like we wanted.

The product worked for its intended purpose. It appeared to be well-made. We extended flood lights in recessed fixtures so that the light would cover more area in a parish hall. The pools of light were about three times as wide as they were before we added the extenders.

This product was exactly what we needed to made a huge difference being able to move the bulb closer to the surface of the ceiling.

Use to get bulb towards bottom of fixture in order to minimize side-ward throw of light. Available in different lengths. Make sure you measure accurately.

We needed an extension for our pendant lighting to give us more floor coverage. This product worked well and we are pleased.

Better built than I neaded and expensive. Works fine. Why dont you look for a lower price replacement. A small thermoset plastic molding company would be my choise.

I needed to extend a light source in a fixture to make the fixture more efficient. It worked very well for this application. I may have more of these to do in the future and will definitely use this product.
