These bulbs were not easy to find but LightBulbs.com had them. I can’t imagine how much they would have cost to order from a home improvement store. They were reasonably priced and fit the older fixtures I needed them for.

We purchased this particular light bulb for a floor lamp that has 3 separate bulbs and we were unable to find the correct size in stores in our area. The furniture store where the lamp was purchased gave us this site and we found this bulb that worked for us.
