I ordered two of these bulbs for two outdoor wet rated enclosed landscaping above ground fixtures that luminate two palm trees at night. These are the perfect bulbs! They fit perfectly in the fixture, the lumens are perfect for outside and they consume very little energy. I was concerned that the bulbs would overheat as they are enclosed in the fixture but they have not. I also was concerned whether they would last in wet conditions. So far so good after a few Florida rains.

Excellent replacement for 75 Watt Halogens for our kitchen - bright, capable dimming and the light spectrum is very similar to the Halogens.
