I bought this bulb to evenly illuminate a large light fixture.

This bulb is for a fixture which is over 50 years old. Quite excited to find it. All ordering and shipping process excellent.

Normally these bulbs work well. However, on occasion their working life is unusually short and where we have 4 fixtures requiring these bulbs, one often loses brightness months before the others. This is why I've given only a 4-star rating.

These light bulbs went out every time we put in a new one. They'd last for a week or so and then would die. I won't waste my money again in buying them.
