We were very happy to find these bulbs! We had two bedside wall lamps from Restoration Hardware (bought about 6 years ago) . It's rather hard to find the replacement bulb a couple of sites don't ship this to CA (?). I did have to pay shipping, so I ordered two extra for the future.

We needed these to replace others ... they are wonderful lights that work perfectly for our task lights.

The glass housing is very brittle and breaks easily.
The bulb is used in desk lamps and wall mounted reading lamps.
