Many people think that the only light that exists during the holidays is the thousands of lights we manually attach to our homes and trees.
However, the inherent beauty of winter shines through all on its own.
Now, this provides me with a predicament. You see, I have a love hate relationship with winter.
It looks so innocent and sparkly in pictures you take while standing in your warm house as the sun shines down, but my goodness does it have a bite when you venture out into it.
Let's start with the hate, that way we have nowhere to go but up.
The reasons I hate winter are as follows:
Alright, we can move on now that I got my complaint session out of the way.
The reasons I love winter are as follows:
It all boils down to snowsparkle.
Nature's glitter.
Now, actual glitter, I despise. The moment you touch it you've made the gravest mistake of your life. You will be spending the next week scrubbing off stray specks over every inch of your body.
But snowsparkle is entirely different. It's in a class all its own.
When the sun hits the snow, nothing sparkles, shimmers, or glistens like it.
It is PURE MAGIC.
It was made to be best friends with the sun. Nothing shines brighter than this dynamic duo.
We try to create lights that will sparkle like the snow, but nothing can touch the actual magic of snow lighting up in the day.
Snowsparkle puts you in the holiday spirit like nothing else.
It brings light to a whole new level.
