I chose Satco S11998 because they are "Assembled in USA", per Satco.com. LightBulbs.com also lists their Manufacturer Description as 17T8/LED/48-840/BP/USA S11998.
They are working well. In one room, I re-wired one of two fluorescent ceiling fixtures to use LED, instead of buying a new ballast. They're a bit brighter than the fluorescents. I like their 4000K color temperature. USA-assembled are hard to find, so I stocked up, for when other fixtures' ballasts fail.
