I bought a house recently that had garage light fixtures that used these bulbs, which I had never seen before. I used the product codes on the old light bulbs to locate new ones online. These matched perfectly and work great, I only needed 3 at this time but bought 6 so I would have some more when others burn out.

The light bulb has difficulty actually turning on, and flickers very badly as it does. It is like a strobe light of varying light levels, and often takes about 15-20 seconds to fully come on turn on. Once it is on, I haven't had problems with flickering. I'm not impressed, and unfortunately, these are the only light bulbs my light fixture will use as is.
