These light bulbs last a long long time. I use mine in a makeup mirror, and in 50 years have replaced a bulb once.

The bulb is for a light that is part of a roll top desk. It fits the space and works well. It was also packaged carefully to prevent breakage in shipping.

It was for my ceramic Christmas Tree, it works well, But I do think I need a taller bulb, as the very top did not get any light. Other wise its a good bulb.
